Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Exchanges/returns are not accepted.
When placing your order, be sure to read full item descriptions and measure correctly. Triple-check your measurements and order selections. If you have questions about sizing, how to measure, or anything else, reach out before placing your order.
Production & Shipping
Production Time
Ready to ship items are already made and ship out within 2 business days.
Custom items require 4 weeks of production time before shipping.
During the production period orders will not show shipping activity and order status updates will not be provided.
Shipping
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery times vary based on your location. Occasional shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
If your package was marked delivered but you haven't received it, check the tracked delivery notes for specifics and reach out to the carrier for the exact GPS coordinates of where it was left. If your package appears to be lost, you can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Biothane colors may vary from how they appear on your screen.
Hardware Disclaimer
The finish may wear or scratch, which does not inherently indicate structural weakness. Black hardware is more prone to faster wear and scratching.
Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting the product and determining if continued use is appropriate.

You agree to indemnify and hold Outer Space Dog Gear harmless from any legal actions, including attorney fees, resulting from product use.
