Production Time

Ready to ship items are already made and ship out within 2 business days.

Custom items require 4 weeks of production time before shipping.

During the production period orders will not show shipping activity and order status updates will not be provided.

Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery times vary based on your location. Occasional shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.

If your package was marked delivered but you haven't received it, check the tracked delivery notes for specifics and reach out to the carrier for the exact GPS coordinates of where it was left. If your package appears to be lost, you can initiate a claim with the carrier.
