During the 4-week production period, orders will not show shipping activity and order status updates will not be provided.

Once production is complete, delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Mobility harnesses are intended for fully grown service dogs with appropriate veterinary clearance. Mobility work is not appropriate for dogs that are still growing.

Outer Space Dog Gear counterbalance handles and pull straps are made with flexible biothane.

Biothane is like leather, but better. It's manufactured in the USA with polyester webbing and PVC coating. It’s waterproof, stinkproof, easy to clean, and comes in a galaxy of vibrant colors.

Biothane is tough, but no gear is truly chew-proof. If your dog likes to chew through leashes or collars, we recommend supervising them while wearing the gear and storing items out of reach when not in use.

While regular cleaning can help prevent stains from setting, biothane unfortunately is not stain-proof.

Biothane is waterproof and stinkproof, which makes cleaning a breeze. Just rinse with water or wipe it down with a damp cloth. For tougher messes, a little soap and water does the trick.

All Outer Space Dog Gear is made with metal hardware.
