Repeatedly pinching the prongs to get your prong collar on and off increases the risk of your prong collar eventually popping open at the worst possible time. Using a prong collar buckle greatly reduces this risk. (Prong collars should still always be backed up for safety.)

This prong collar buckle replaces the center plate and two prong links on your existing prong collar, and makes getting it on and off much easier.

Please note: this is NOT compatible with old style prong collars that do not have a center plate to replace.

This listing includes your choice of one or two color biothane, two 2.25mm or 3.0/3.2mm prong links, and a metal buckle to connect to your existing 2.25mm or 3.0/3.2mm prong collar.

Prong collar is not included.

Optional Splatter Paint

Optionally add one or two splatter paint colors on the biothane.

Very nice colors and much easier on my hands with my chronic pain issues. Shipped and arrived faster than I expected. Has held up so far nicely even with my fumbling. Hasn't gotten dirty easily either. Perfectly matches what I was expecting, if not a little better on my hands than I was prepared for!

A friend recommended this to add to my pinch collar. What a great item! It makes getting the collar on and off much easier and it looks great. I love that I was able to customize it with my boy’s gear color.

I got this for my dog just to add a pop of color to his prong and I love it! I’m not someone who consistently uses the buckle to take the prong on and off but I’ve done it a few times with this and haven’t had any issues! It’s easy to put on your prong and it’s so far stayed attached nicely and I haven’t noticed anything I dislike about it!

The buckles are very well made and goes great with my herm sprenger, I have been waiting to make a review to see how they hold up and it’s been a few months now and it’s holding up great! (The photo is just for show, I always have the buckle in front so that the free space is where my dog’s throat is.)

Waste of my money. Be sure to let the maker know which prong collar you have or else you will waste your money on it.

Product is as described! Shipping was a little late but ill chock it up to the crazy snow days we had. The four star is because when i did try to reach out for communication they had auto response that said there will essentially be no communication for 4 week minimum during the processing period or something to that effect, which i found discomforting and made me anxious, but everything turned out well in the end so im grateful:)
